At some point yesterday I lost the ability to drag and drop files. (Simply
put, highlight any icon on my desktop, try to move it, but I see the circle
with the line through it)

I cannot move a file from Explorer to the desktop, cannot move a file from
explorer window to explorer window. Plain and simply put, drag and drop is
disabled somehow.

I am not sure if this happened before or after I downloaded the Windows
Updates yesterday. I have Win 2K sp4 running.
