Default Winsock Error

I am getting the following error on Windows 2000 networked to 2000 server.

Error in Winsock Module
Connection Structure is unknown

Possible Reason:
Your firewall and/or Antivirus application block the system-File: csrss.exe

Make sure that csrss.exe can connect to the internet.

When I restarted i am no longer able to connect to server through router.
Now receiving message: The network path .........could not be found.
I have checked router, cable and network card.

We've no idea what this really means.

"I have checked router, cable and network card."
