i am trying to find a way to block or allow cetain websites in group
policy. is it possible?

Hello sam@cpointgr.com,

By default not. You can use ISA server for this. Or also edit the hosts file
on the local machines to point some addresses to loopback interface. But
for a real control you need ISA server.

Or another proxy software for example squid which is free...
