I have win 2000 server computer with mirror set on it,
one day the primary drive failed and I booted computer
from mirrored drive. I bought the new drive and I want to
recreate mirror set but when I open disk administrator I
see that the failed drive stil listed as missing and
offline and there is no option to break the mirror set or
remove the missing drive.
How can I break the mirror or remove the missing drive?

I do not have the failed drive.
