I cannot get my Windows ME to install Norton Antivirus;
have exchanged disk thinking it was the disk. Norton's
support is not available free and the internet support at
symantec does not work.
When I put in disk, window comes home with the option to
begin installing, but does not install. I find disk
components on "my computer" under D drive and try running
from here but this does not work either. I get no error
messages or guides to help me install.
Has anyone else had a problem with installing Norton
Antivirus using Windows ME and if so, can you help.

What version of Explorer are you running, it wont install on early versions and has an install for IE6 on the disc if its the
same as mine.
