Windows 2000 Add/Remove Programs

When I launch the Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel I
get the following error. I hoped that installing service
Pack 4 would solve problem but it did not.

An unexpected error occurred.

Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment
res://sp3res.dll/default.hta
