Default DHCP Scope Filling Up & Address Leases Showing IP Addresses for Na

On our Windows 2000 Domain Controller that's running DHCP, I started noticing
that the scope is being filled up with addresses leases in which the Name is
the same thing as the IP Address. Addtionally, the Unique ID on these leases
is extremely long and not long the normal leases. Here's an example:

Client IP Address: 192.168.1.100
Name: 192.168.1.100
Lease Expiration: 2/9/2006 7:12:22 AM
Type: DHCP
Unique ID: 319322e3136382e312e1303000

Client IP Address: 192.168.1.101
Name: 192.168.1.101
Lease Expiration: 2/9/2006 7:12:22 AM
Type: DHCP
Unique ID: 319322e3136382e312e1303100

There are approximately 80 of these IP addresses filling up the scope with
identical Unique IDs except for the last couple of digits.

We do not have a wireless network.

I would appreciate any assistance you could offer!
