Try:
IProuting -> Common -> interface -> properties -> input/output-Filter You may enable and disable ports there. I have to NIC Internal with 192.168.0.1 and External with 10.0.0.138
Which proporties i click and which filter i use inboud or outbound and I dont know which port for msn is is 1863 TCP ? |

Regarding the ports I cannot help You.
Albert Einstein said: "Everything is relative." thats valid for Your scenario. If You want local users not to use MSN You need outbound on the external or inbound on the internal.
