Try:
IProuting -> Common -> interface -> properties -> input/output-Filter
You may enable and disable ports there.
Maybe not the fastest one, but who cares, if he uses a MS server for RRAS

hmm.. I only have the german version, which names it 'allgemein'.
it is the first subitem below IP-Routing and above static routes.

I have to NIC Internal with 192.168.0.1 and External with 10.0.0.138
Which proporties i click and which filter i use inboud or outbound

and I dont know which port for msn is is 1863 TCP ?

Regarding the ports I cannot help You.

Albert Einstein said:

thats valid for Your scenario.

If You want local users not to use MSN You need outbound on the external or
inbound on the internal.

If You don't want public or RAS users to get MSN You need incoming on the
external or outbound on the internal

But try first before establishing.
