Can't map a printer

Hi, I have a problem to win2003 TS.

When I connect with an winxp client I can map a driver but I can not
see a printer.
When I connect with an win2000 client I can map all.

The clients are in workgroup and the server is in domain.

Sory for my bad english and thank for attention.
