A customer has a Win2k Server in Application Server Mode. Remote users
utilize the server for applications and data. When a non-administrator user
logs on thru RDP, the error above pops up on the screen. The user can press
ok and the error msg goes away. This error does not come up when logging on
locally to the server console. If the user account is added to the local
admin group on the TermSrv, the error does not appear, so I suspect it has
something to do with rights or policy on the server or domain.

I cannot seem to find any information leading to a solution. If anyone has
seen this error before or know what may be causing...
