Slooooow install for KB890859

All -

I am trying to run updates on a couple of machines and I am seeing an
incredibly slow installation of KB890859. I mean, it's *really* slow - like
20 minutes on a Pentium 4 3GHz machine with 2GB memory.

Anyone else seen this?
