I upgraded to SP4 last night and now can no longer send
pop3 email via Outlook 2000 (stand alone version current
patches).

I did a remove, install and repatch of Office 2K last
night and that made no impact.

The specific error I receive when attempting to send a
mail, check names, or open the address book is:
"An error occurred while attempting to open the Windows
Address Book, unable to find the WAB DLL.

Any suggestions?
