Network Win95 with WinXP for shared DSL and/or file transfer

I have two systems sitting in the same set of shelves: a Win95 (IBM Aptiva)
and a WinXP Home SP2 (Dell I1100).

I would like to connect them at least for file transfers and also, if
possible, to share DSL internet access. I can't find a router that will
accommodate the Win95. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
