DSL/ethernet card

I just got DSL and I dont anything about it. I am always
looking for ways to tweak my computer to get better
results and speeds since I do alot of gaming and
downloading. Can anyone please tell me where I can get
help and info on using DSL on win98Se thru an ethernet
card?
