Don't try to use user-level sharing on a peer-to-peer network. Instead use
share-level sharing. You'll find this setting in the Network Properties screen on the Access Control tab. -- Richard G. That setting has nothing to do with whether or not you can see other
computers on the network. You can only use the user-level access feature if you are part of an NT or 2000 domain - and I will just about bet that you are not part of such a domain. -- Richard G.
