Default Unable To See Or Access Network Clients

Hi,
I joined two computers to an existing Windows 98 workgroup
at location A and I could easily see and access them
winthin the Network Neighbourhood. I then disjoined them
and created a simple two client workgroup using a cross-
over cable and I still could see and access both of them
within the Network Neighbourhood. However, when I tried to
join them to another existing network at location B, they
couldn't been seen in the Network Neighbourhood neither
could they ping nor be pinged from any of the clients
already on the network! Strange however is the fact that
the existing clients on the network at location B can all
see each other and share resources! Please could somebody
out there help me out ASAP?

Make sure that all of the computers from A and B have IP addresses in
the same TCP/IP subnet. If they aren't, they won't be able to ping or
see each other.

Hi, yes all my IPs at both locations were consistent with
the IP ranges already implemented there(I have a little
bit experience in setting up LANs)but it still doesn't
work. I just can't fathom what I have done wrong!
