I have Win98SE and IE6 - when I use OE6, I notice the system tray clock
stops (it may advance a second or two, but only that), and when I exit OE6,
it starts again, behind the time lost.

Wierd, but I have a theory.

Browse to http://aumha.org/a/noads.htm, wait 20-30 seconds for it to examine
your machine, and post back what it reports.
