error message when system starts data1.dat not found need help ple

I'm running Windows XP SP1 on a 733processor with 256megs RAM. Every time I
start my system I get a popup window that says Warning data1.dat not found.
Does anyone know what this means and how I can get rid of it? Any help
greatly appreciated.

Appears to be remnants of keystroke logging software. Possibly 'Diablo Keys'
Start|Run|msconfig and look for something suspicious.
