I am receiving an error on my backup log. I can not find any support. I
am running WinNT and using the backup utility supplied with it. I have all
the latest updates installed.

Here is the error I receive:

"Tape device reported an error on a request to space backward by file
marks."

I would like to know what this means and the impact it may or may not have
on my backups.

Has anyone seen this error? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
