BDC can't see PDC on NT 4.0 server
This is typically caused by a browsing issue. Did you move it to a new
subnet? Try forcing a browser election on the domain to update the list.
Just restart the computer browser service on the PDC. This can take up to 50
minutes to fully populate. If you put the IP in server manager to connect to
a computer for the BDC does it find it?
