Default NT Folder Permissions and MS ACCESS Problem reg.

Respected Sir,
We had Windows NT 4.0 Workstations and using Service
Pack 6, IE 4.01 (In Some Machines IE 6.0), We installed
Microsoft Office 97 Package in all the systems. For
Administrators or For Domain Administrators MS Access's
Form, Report Wizards (by selecting a particular table
name) are working fine. But for Ordinar Domain Users an
error says in a Dilogbox:

"This Feature is not installed.

To install this feature return the Microsoft Access or
Microsoft Office Setup program, Click Add/Remove, and
select the wizards check box. "

What permission is need for solving this problem. But if i
am given Full control to WINNT and all it's sub
directories means (for SYSTEM user) the wizards are
working fine even for ordinary users. But anyone can
delete System Files etc and don't like to loss our
security feature of NT (NTFS options).

Please suggest a suitable solution. If possible please
send a list of Rights for each folder forinstalling any
other application in windwos NT (Example temp and
profiles , system32 folders needs change permission for
Everyone Group).

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully

M.Natarajan,
System Administrator
