no more protocol in list

Hi,

My nt4 server works but I can't change or update anything.
In control panel I can see my network card but in protocol list nothing, if
I click on ADD then a db appear "this protocol is already installed ..." and
nothing in binding.

I try to find if it's a registry trick or a policy but I can't find. If
somebody have a idea.
