setup telnet on AIX 5.3

hi everyone ,

I would like to know how i can set up my AIX machine to be able to use
telnet ? how do i set it up or check for the settings ? i can only ping
from the aix. i need to know it urgently. hope u ppl out there can lend
a hand on this.
