Default DHCP Manager error

I am running Windows NT 4.0 Server with service pack 6a
and I'm having a problem trying to make any changes in
DHCP Manager.

When I try to add an exclusion for an IP address, it adds
to the list of 'excluded addresses' but then when I click
OK to save and exit I get the following error : 'An error
occurred while accessing the DHCP database; Look at the
DHCP Server event log for more information'

I check the event logs but cant find any errors.

Does anyone know what could be wrong ?

look for a "Jet" error in the event log. You may have to try to jetpack the
DHCP database.

I looked for a 'jet' error in the event log but couldn't
find anything. I also tried the 'jetpack.exe' as you
suggested but still couldn't update the DHCP Manager.

Any other suggestions ?
