Yesteray afternoon our DHCP stopped working on our Windows
N.T. 4 service pack 6a PDC. It says the service isn't
strated and when I try to startthe DHCP client it it gives
me error code 2140 an internal windoews error occurred.
When I try to start Microsoft DHCP Server I get the error
code 20013?

I just recently (almost 2 weeks ago) installed IIS 4.0 so
that I could run our antivirus on the server.

I tried replacing the Metabase.bin file in the
WINNT/system32 folder but that did not resolve the issue.

Does anyone have an idea as to what to do from here?
