Default How can I install my own disk class driver

Hi,

I would like to load my own disk class driver for my iSCSI Initiator
(SCSI port driver).
I'm trying to change the name of disk.sys and iscsidisk.sys and
diskdev.inf iscsidisk.inf for those on ddk,
but I've got error message during installation it with iscsidisk.inf.
'Can not find device drivier'

Can I use the ClassID as same with diskdrive and ClassName as same it ?
What shall I do to load my own disk class driver ?

Any hint will be appreciated.

Thanks.

eddie

Replacing disk.sys is not a good idea. However you can do it, you just
need to write an inf file for your iscsi fdos that loads your
replacement disk.sys. You can reuse the disk class guid.

Undoubtedly your inf file has bugs. Did you try running it against
checkinf?

Why are you replacing disk.sys?

Thank you for your reply.
I didn't try 'checkinf' yet. I'll try it as you recommand.
I would like to add some more informations as AHS(Additional Header
Segment) on iscsi with my own disk.sys.
