Active Directory Problem

I have: 1 Win 2003 Server, 7 Win XP Pro client, 1 Win 2000 Pro.
I can manage with Active Directory only 1 XP Pro e then Win 2000 Pro. The
others XP Pro cannot be manged, because I receive an error message!
How I can solve it?
