Have you tried the workaround outlined in the following article? You may
need to call your local Microsoft Product Support Service to obtain the fix

Scott,

It may very well fix it, because it's replacing Cluadmex.dll that if I'm not
mistaken hooks into the Cluster Administrator GUI. Just call the toll free
number and request the fix and give it a try. You won't get charged for
requesting a hotfix.

Can you please specify what you did at the command to fix
this problem. I have this exact problem. I only have
one domain and the clustered servers are the domain
controllers. Therefore the child domain scenario doesn't
fit, but the error is the same. We have been setting our
share permission at the OS level for a year, and they get
