I am following the Microsoft install procedure here:

I have followed each step in this doc, building my servers from scratch
on VMware. Everything seemed to work great and according to the doc
until I got to the section of creating the Exchange virtual server
resource groups. I was able to create all the resource groups mentioned
in this doc except one:

Step 3 (Creating the Exchange Virtual Servers), task 5 (Create an
Exchange Server 2003 System Attendant resource).

The problem is that when I try to add the new resource, the "type" menu
does not have Microsoft Exchange System Attendant in the drop-down
list.

I've tried googling this and found nothing for this problem. There is
no error message - there just is no such resource available to select in
this environment.

I'm wondering if I'm missing a DLL or something.
