Hello RAZ,
If you are sure that there is no need to uninstall patches, you can remove the KBxxxxxx uninstall files. Also you can remove the C:\windows\softwaredistribution folder after stopping the automatic update service, will be recreated after starting the service. This is often also very big. With servicepackfiles folder i never played around. Maybe it is needed if you run a check/repair for system files with sfc command.
