Here is the scenario;

Forest corporate.domain.com single windows 2003 domain w/ exhange 2003. We
now want to migrate all users in the corporate.domain.com to another domain
called office.corporate.domain.com and leave the Exchange server in
corporate.domain.com. We will need to migrate all file servers and print
servers, dhcp, wins and so on to office.corporate.domain.com. I know I will
need to use ADMT 2 to do this but is there anything I should be carefull
about? What steps should I be taking?

As for the exchange server, since you will keep it in the root domain, you
need to run the domainprep in the child domain.
