I recently moved my Exchange Server to a remote location. Everything
works fine with the exception of VPN.

I am able to VPN to my office from my HOME computer and use Outlook
and ping the Exchange Server.

However, if I connect using my WORK laptop from home I can VPN fine
but cannot connect to Outlook nor ping my server. When I do ping it
it shows the correct new IP address but it's unsuccessful.

I have run ipconfig /flushdns but still no luck. Any suggestions?

Assuming the Exchange is located different subnet, the VPN may not route to
the subnet. You may want to use tracert to check where the traffic stops.

You have to enable the checkbox in the local VPN Connectiod that says "Use
gateway on remote network"

From that point your Company LAN/WAN needs to properly know how to route the
VPN User from there.
