RRAS ebable error ICS

Hi,
I have one Windows 2003 Srv DC with DNS and DHCP disable
When I try to enable RRAS I receive error ICS enabled firth disabled ICS
service, but if I disable ICS error don't change.

Can you help me?

Hi,
Is possible that the ICS service when is disable however is present into
TCP/IP configuration?
If possible, there is the problem when I try to install RRAS and receive
error ICS.
