Default recommend a hardware firewall

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a hardware firewall that costs less than $250 and just
does "firewalling"?

I have 2 webservers each with multiple sites/IPs and a SQL box to go online
at a colo place. I tried a Zyxel ZyWall 10ii, but it is incapable of
MultiNAT (a bug in the firmware apparently - I know this from first hand
use).
While MultiNAT is desirable, it is not necessary - I can just have all the
IPs public and don't mind paying for it, so a Firewall that does not do any
routing is fine too as long as the LAN-port to LAN-port traffic never goes
to the WAN side.

I tried Windows2003 server's firewall, but it is defective and does not work
after the first reboot (locks all traffic out after a reboot), so that
solution is out too.
