Default Customizing default user profile: Identities and My Do***ents

I created a custom Default User profile according to the steps in MSKB
319974 (create a non-administrator local template user, logon as the
template user, customize settings, log off, logon as Administrator, turn on
Show hidden files and folders, copy the template user's profile over the
Default User's profile with Everyone permitted to use)

Subsequently created users inherit the custom Default User's profile when
they logon for the first time, but the Application Data\Identities\{GUID}
folder has the same GUID as the template user. Is that by design? If not,
how to fix?

Also, subsequently created users inherit the desktop.ini file of the
template user and when their My Do***ents folder is viewed in Windows
Explorer by a user with appropriate permissions, it will appear as Template
User's Do***ents. If the desktop.ini file is deleted, the My Do***ents will
appear as My Do***ents. Is there a way to have it appear as {username}'s
Do***ents?

After posting this to windows.server.general, I thought that it might be
more appropriate in this newsgroup.

Thanks,
MR
