Hi there,

first of all, copy the folder "\Sources\Adprep" from the Windows Server 2008 DVD
on your Windows 2000 Schema-Master and on your Windows 2000 Infrastructuremaster.

1. In the first step, run ADPREP /FORESTPREP (use Adprep from the folder)
on your Schema-Master.
2. Wait for the Replication.
3. Run ADPREP /DOMAINPREP /GPPREP on the Infrastructuremaster
in this domain, in that you want to add the additional Windows Server 2008 DC.
4. Add the new Windows Server 2008 as an additional DC in your Domain.
5. Move the FSMO-Roles to the Windows Server 2008 DC.

Note: You can`t do an Inplace-Upgrade, because this is only possible from
Windows Server 2003 --> SP1 <--- .
