Default re-edit and save message in outlook?



Hello all , i was wondering in outlook running with exchange, is it
possible to add a comment to a received email and save it so for in the
future reference that comment can be read?

I assume you use Outlook 2007.

The easiest way is to add the "edit this message" command to the Quick
Launch toolbar.

Click the newly added button and the message becomes "editable". Add your
comment and click the "Save" button.

Hi - this is a group for Windows server issues. Exchange questions should go
in microsoft.public.exchange.admin, but you should post Outlook questions in
microsoft.public.outlook for the best results - the fact that you're using
Exchange isn't relevant to your question. Also remember to include full
information (versions & SP levels) to help people help you.
