Slipstream SP2 into W2k3 RTM

I have been trying to slipstream the SP2 into the RTM release for a few days,
unsuccessfully. I can successfully do SP1. What I am finding is that the
TXTSETUP.SIF and DOSNET.INF are not being updated as they should be. Any
suggestions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One more note: I do get file copy errors on PLUGIN.OCX and NPDSPLAY.DLL
during the setup. After setup completes, the OS still shows as SP1, not
SP2...

I successfully ran the service pack with the /integrate option and, when
that failed, started over with the update -s:[PATH]
