SUS used to do it this way, but WSUS doesn't. What you can do though is to
set WSUS to auto-approve the updates for installation. You might be able to
setup a specific Computer Group (with say 0-1 computers in it - do you have
a testing group?), WSUS would then download those updates immediately.

Express installs are much larger downloads. (read the notes on this).
