update failed with error 0x8024002d

It does ask for the disk, but why? It seems to be installed okay. I am also
getting these same messages on Office XP SP3 for three individuals. One
individual has Office 2000 installed on the machine and the other has Office
2003 installed so it should not even be trying to do this update. What would
be the possiblities that it is trying to install this patch?
