Certserv.exe error on every backup

To all fellow people: I also get this error message, KB830575 dit not help,
and I am ignoring this error for 6 month now.

Backup seems to work, but only the next restore will tell me the correct
result.

Did anybody install service pack 1 (not recommended for SBS) and got a
different experience?
