sbsb2003 add ISA
The ISA Firewall Client is entirely optional. If it doesn't suit your
needs, don't use it.
It's primary advantage is that it allows any application on Windows to
authenticate to ISA for external requests. Without it, your use of user
accounts to control access is very limited.
Anyone who's running a mixed LAN environment (eg Macs or Linux + Windows)
is going to have little use for it too, since it only works with Windows.
