NT4 Disk signature to a win 2000 server

im upgrading nt 4 to 2000 server and im getting a blue screen, we have
removed all critical apps in and red and all apps in yello. we can install
2000 from scrach but
how do you move a NT4 Disk signature to a win 2000 server. so we and get
back our volums back. we have a volume set on nt 4
