Network files take long time to load
On a file server on the same network as the TS box?
Meaning, the user's *client* machine on the network....not the desktop
folder in their TS session?
What happens if they open the same graphics file in, say, Windows Picture &
Fax viewer, and *not* your software?
I don't see where there's any upload at all. However, if they're indeed
using local drive redirection in their TS session to access their own
workstation's HDs within the session, yeah, that *is* slow...but why would
people be doing this regularly or storing files on their workstations to begin with?
If the TS user is accessing a network drive w/in his or her TS session,
there is no 'upload' to speak of. They're just opening the file accross the
network, same as they'd do from a workstation.
Terminal Services / remote desktop in general does not handle graphics very well, note.
