Video Cards ??

Lets say I want to get a suitable video card for Vista because my current one
isn't suitable for, say, the DVD and Movie maker apps, etc.

Is there:
(a) A list of Vista compatible cards (with drivers)?
(b) A comparaison (chart) ?
