Default How to Install Vista using virtual drive

My PC has four drives of 10GB each. Since vista requires 15GB of hard disk
space I plan to merge my E drive & F drive. Also, since I do not have a DVD
Rom Drive I plan to mount the ISO file on a virtual drive. After merging E &
F, I shall only have a E drive of 20GB; now in which drive should I allot the
space for the virtual drive; and how should I proceed with the installation?
I mean how should I install vista from within my current Windows XP
Professional; I want to keep xp & vista both.
