Home LAN problem under Vista

We have 2 PCs on a home LAN

PC1 dual-boots XP and Vista and connects to a broadband cable internet
system, it works fine under both OS

PC2 is Vista only and connects to the internet via PC1 - This works fine
when PC1 is set to XP but when PC1 uses Vista, PC2 can not see the internet.

Settings on PC1 appear to be the same for both systems, any ideas?
