Default Wireless suddenly stopped working

I am using a dell 1300 laptop with a broadcom 1370 wireless g card. Router is
a Linksys wrt54gp2. It worked yesterday and today says that it cant connect.
Rebooted computer and router, still no connection. No security so I decided
to go ahead and turn that on. Well when setting it up I made a wrong choice
and now there is no way to get back to change it. Its set and there is no
editing the existing connection. Do I have to reinstall vista?

I don't think you have to reinstall Vista, just delete, or disable the
current connections and start over. You can do that from
Start>Network>Network Center>Manage Network Connections, right click,
disable...then from Network Center hit "Set up a connection or Network" to
redo the connection. then after you have the new connection setup, you can
goto 'Reorder Wireless Networks" and delete the old ones you don't want to
use anymore.
