Is this a virus and do I go to the address to fix it??

A Google for "www.regfixpc.xxx" (url munged) didn't net me anything, but
based on the reported behavior I'd also go through these specific
steps:

Then do the rest of the general malware removal steps, including the
finishing up.

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).

No one gave you a direct answer, so I will. No, do NOT go to that address.
You have spyware/malware of some type on your computer and it's trying to
trick you into using their software which could be anything from legitimate
to able to trash your computer, and I suspect they're not going to be
legitimate.

What you have to do first is locate the malware that is popping up that
message. That's what the first two posts are trying to help with. They're
a little cryptic, but the advice is good.
