Re-installation Problem
After a re-installation of XP SP2 onto Partition C of my Disk 0, Disk
Management is showing Disk 0 as containing (C) Healthy (Boot) and (F)
Healthy (System).
I also have Disk 1 with 4 partitions shown as E, G, H, and I.
I do not seem to be able to rename F as D.
When I plug in a Flash Drive (Pen Drive) it displays as D.
I assume that if I plug in my External Hard Drive (with no Pen Drive
connected), that it will also display as D.
Apart from the above inconvenience/confusion issue, is there any performance
ill-effect?
Is there some way that I can rename my present F (System) as D?
Any help on this, and also on how to avoid this situation (which I don't
understand) if re-installing XP in the future would be appreciated.
Thanks
